I can't log in to the Mobly mobile app

Troubleshooting steps for when you can't log in to Mobly

When logging into the Mobly mobile app, you have the following authentication options:



  1. Use the password you set to login to the app. Be careful to enter the password exactly as it was when you registered.
  2. You can also click "Send me a login link" to login. Open your email app on your phone. You will receive an email from Mobly with a link that will automatically sign you into the app.



  3. If the magic link doesn't work, you will also receive a "magic pin" in your email. Once you receive the pin, click "Use Login Pin" in the Mobly app and enter the pin there.



If you're still having problems logging in, here are some things you can try:

  • If you didn't already set your password or you forgot your password, you can click "Forgot Password" to set it now.




  • If you can't find the password reset email in your inbox, check your spam folder for the email.
