How to make sure your leads are properly attributed with pins

When an event is "pinned" in the Mobly mobile app, all your scans are automatically tagged to that pinned event. This means sales floor staff don't need to select the event after each scan.

Once you've programmed dates into your events in the Hub, Mobly will automatically recognize the event happening today. The event listed in green indicates today's event. If there is an event today, Mobly will prompt users to pin the current event.

If you update the pin, the current event will be automatically selected after scanning a badge.
