How to utilize event pinning

When you pin an event in the Mobly mobile app, all scans are automatically tagged to that event. You can still manually add leads to other events, but by default, every lead goes to your pinned event.

Once you've programmed dates into your events in the Hub, Mobly will automatically recognize the event happening today. If there is an event today, Mobly will prompt users to pin the current event.

You can be confident that your leads are being added to your event when the Add Lead icon in the bottom navigation bar is orange. If the icon is purple, it means no event is pinned — leads will be saved to My Leads in Mobly, but they won’t be added to any event.
