How to add tags to your lead

Tags give your users the opportunity to classify a lead by various different attributes. These tags can be helpful for remembering more about the opportunity, but also have significant power when coupled with a CRM integration, allowing you to kick off campaign communication and build insightful reports.

In the Mobile App

  1. After scanning a badge or clicking on the name of a previous lead, you will see options for tags on the lead details page.
  2. Simply tap an option under a tag group to select that tag. Depending on the way your tags are configured, you can select one or many options for each tag group.

  3. Don't forget to click "Save" at the bottom of the "Tags" tab to make sure your data saves.

In the Hub

You can also add/edit tags in the Hub on a desktop computer.

  1. Click the lead to open the details page.
  2. Click the edit icon in the Tags box and use the dropdown to select the option(s) that best fit the lead.
