How to use event specific calendars

Let your team access calendar links that pertain to events they're attending

The best outcome when working the floor at a conference is booking a demo with a potential customer who’s genuinely excited about your product. Ideally, you can use Mobly to schedule that demo on the spot while they’re still in front of you, keeping the momentum going. Depending on the situation, you might use your own calendar link, book time in an on-site demo room, or schedule with a specific AE.


With Mobly, you can set up event-specific calendar links, ensuring that all reps assigned to the event see the right scheduling options when booking a meeting with a lead in the mobile app.


To set up an event-specific calendar, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Hub and go to the Events tab.
  2. Click into an event you've already created.



  3. Click on the Calendars tab.



  4. Add a calendar by entering a name for it and it's public facing link.


  5. This link will show as an option for calendar bookings in the mobile app for any user assigned to that specific event.
