How to upload a CSV for enrichment

Upload a CSV for Mobly to enrich and send to your CRM

Mobly is happy to enrich your live scans as well as your records from a CSV upload. Whether you're prepping for your event with a pre-event registration list or want to send out a marketing email to a long list of your hot leads, Mobly will provide you fully-enriched data for your uploaded records.


You can upload your CSV for enrichment when creating the event or after your event has been created.


On event creation:

  1. On hub.getmobly.com, navigate to the "Events" tab and click "Add Event".


  2. In order to upload your CSV, we need to make sure your data matches the format that the Mobly application is expecting. Click "Download template file" to get a CSV template with all the accepted column names.


  3. Open the MoblyListImportTemplate.csv file you downloaded. Paste your own data into the corresponding columns of the template file. Make sure you have at least a first name, last name, and either a company or an email for each record you upload. Even if you don't have data for all the columns in the template, keep all the column names in the file.


  4. Return to hub.getmobly.com and upload the template file you just updated.


  5. Click "Save". Your CSV will be uploaded to Mobly and kick off the enrichment process.

After event has been created:

  1. Navigate to the "Events" tab and find the event where you'd like to upload your CSV.


  2. Click "Import CSV" in the upper right hand corner.


  3. In order to upload your CSV, we need to make sure your data matches the format that the Mobly application is expecting. Click "Download template file" to get a CSV template with all the accepted column names.


  4. Open the MoblyListImportTemplate.csv file you downloaded. Paste your own data into the corresponding columns of the template file. Make sure you have at least a first name, last name, and either a company or an email for each record you upload. Even if you don't have data for all the columns in the template, keep all the column names in the file.


  5. Return to hub.getmobly.com and upload the template file you just updated.


  6. Click "Save". Your CSV will be uploaded to Mobly and kick off the enrichment process.
