How to move leads to the right event
Sometimes, reps scan leads without a pin on their app or accidentally add the to the wrong event,. To ensure proper attribution, make sure the leads are added to the correct event so the CRM reflects accurate data. Follow these steps to add leads to an event:
In the mobile app:
- Locate the lead you want to move.
Click the three-dot menu next to their name.
Select:
• Move to different event – if the lead was added to the wrong event
• Add to event – if the lead isn’t currently linked to any event
Choose the correct event from the list.
Confirm the change. The lead will be removed from the current event and added to the new one.
In the Hub:
Go to the "Events" tab and select the event.
Click "Add Lead" in the top right corner.
Enter the lead’s name.
Click the add icon next to the correct lead.
Once added, the lead will appear in the event’s table.
