How to prep for your upcoming event

Make sure you and your team are well-prepped to use Mobly for your event

You can use the "Upcoming Events" section of the dashboard on hub.getmobly.com to track and prepare for your upcoming events. Once they've been created, your next five events will show here. You'll be able to see here if you haven't added users to the event yet.

  1. Upload the list of registrants for your event at hub.getmobly.com so Mobly can pre-enrich the leads that will be attending your event.
  2. Make sure that your whole field team has been assigned to the event so they can add and access leads from that event.
  3. Make sure you have configured and mapped the correct tags for your events so that you can correctly attribute your leads.

  4. Login to the Mobly app before arriving at the event. You will need internet connection to login to our app, but sometimes event spaces don't have great service or wifi. So get logged in before you arrive!

  5. Make sure to pin your event on the Mobly app by clicking the thumbtack icon on your event so that all your leads will automatically get tagged to the right event.
