From client.getmobly.com to the Hub: What's New for Admins

See what's new for Mobly Admins in the new Hub

To support Mobly's growth and enhance admin capabilities, we developed the Hub—a streamlined tool designed specifically for field and event marketers to simplify planning and managing events, users, and leads.

Previously, admins used client.getmobly.com to manage their events. Due to growing needs, we've shut down client.getmobly.com and built The Hub. Only Mobly Admins will have access to the Hub. If you need help setting up admin roles for your organization, reach out to your Mobly CSM.

You can access the hub by clicking "Log Into Hub" on getmobly.com or going directly to hub.getmobly.com.

Here are some of the exciting new features you’ll find in the Hub:

Dashboard - dive deep into your numbers

The new dashboard gives you a quick view into how your events are going, with data on scans, users, and event.

The Leads By Tags chart allows you to choose a tag group and see the distribution of your leads across your various tag options, sectioned off by your events. You can even click into a specific colored block and it will take you a table to see a list of all the leads from your event with that tag assigned to them.

You can use the date, user, and event filters in the top right corner to manipulate the dashboard to show the information you want. For example, you can filter down to see information about the leads added by a top performing sales rep during Q2. Once you've added a filter, click on any of the data on the dashboard to

If you'd like to capture your dashboard view to save it for later or share it with others, use the download button in the top right corner to get a print view of your filtered, customized view.

Upcoming Events - prepare for approaching events

On the dashboard, you will see a section at the bottom that highlights your upcoming events. This section is designed to keep you aware of approaching events and make sure you're ready for them. If you have yet to assign users to the event, you will see a reminder "No users assigned" on the event card.

Dynamic Data Tables & Exporting - get the most out of your data

All the data tables in the Hub have added flexibility so you can manipulate the data to find the information you need. You can now:

Select and unselect which columns will show in the table. Mobly has provided a set of default columns, but there are more columns to choose from.
Rearrange the order of the columns.
Filter and search each column.

After you've manipulated the data table, you can click the export button to download a CSV of all the data with your chosen columns.

Lead Details Page - learn all about your leads

When you click on a specific lead in the Hub, you will get taken to the lead details page where you will find all the enriched contact information and the description and tags you added for them.

You can also toggle to the Events, Files, and Activities tabs to follow the journey of the lead.
