How to find leads that need more info
When scanning leads, it's best to add context—such as descriptions and tags—right away to capture key details from your conversation. However, if your booth is busy and you're scanning a high volume of leads, it can be difficult to add all this information in the moment.
To help with this, the new "Needs Info" filter makes it easy to identify leads that still require additional details.
How It Works
Navigate to the "Leads" tab.
- Click the "Needs Info" pill button at the top of the screen.
Once selected, you'll see leads from the past 7 days that do not have either a description OR at least one tag.
- Tap on a lead to open its lead details page.
Add a description or at least one tag.
Once a lead has either a description or at least one tag, it will be removed from the "Needs Info" list.
Leads will also be removed automatically after 7 days from the scan date, even if no details are added.
This feature ensures better follow-ups with complete information and that leads are correctly attributed in your CRM/MAP, improving your reachout flows.
