How to favorite a lead

Favoriting allows you to quickly access important leads by marking them with a star. This helps you keep track of high-priority contacts without searching through all your leads.


Favorite a Lead

  1. Find the lead you want to favorite in any list view or open their lead details page.

  2. Click the star icon next to the lead’s name or in the header of the lead details page.

View Your Favorited Leads

  1. Go to the Leads page.
  2. Click the "Favorites" pill button at the top.
    1. The orange circle on the button shows the number of leads you've favorited.

  3. Once selected, you'll see all your favorited leads in one place.

Remove a Lead from Favorites

  1. Click the star icon again next to the lead's name or in the header of the lead details page.


  2. The lead is no longer favorited when the star is no longer filled in.
