How to engage and connect with your leads
Did you know you can use Mobly to easily engage with your leads across numerous platforms and log those interactions to your CRM?
Mobly enriches 20+ data fields for each person you scan/upload so you have multiple avenues to contact your hottest leads! Right in the app, you can engage with your leads in the following ways:
- Book a meeting (through your phone's calendar, Calendly, or Chili Piper)
- Call
- Text
- X (formerly known as Twitter)
You can find the buttons for these actions on the Lead Details page. When you click one of them, it will redirect you to the corresponding app with the lead's information. The social media links (LinkedIn, X, and Facebook) can be found by clicking the three vertical dots. Send them a message, make a call, or send a request!
When you come back to Mobly app, you will be prompted to log the activity. Make note of what happened in the interaction so you and your sales team can reference it in the future. These logs will go to the activity history in your CRM.
