How to share content

The Content feature makes it easy for reps to share the right company collateral with leads in the moment. Whether it’s a product sheet, a case study, or a one-pager, reps can quickly send files straight from the Mobly app using their phone’s messaging or email app — or even share via AirDrop. Every time content is shared, the interaction is logged automatically, helping your team track engagement and follow up with the right context after the show.

Upload Files to Your Org's Content Library

1. In the Hub, navigate to the Content tab.

   

2. Click Upload File in the upper-right corner.

   

3. Drag and drop your file(s) into the window or click the Add New area to select files.

   

4. Upload as many files as you'd like.
   1. Each file must be under 1GB, but there’s no total storage limit.

5. After upload, edit the file name and assign it to an event or activation.

   

   
   

   

   
   

6. Click Save.

   

Managing Files

• After uploading, you can edit the file name or event/activation assignment, as well as download or delete the file.

  

• Switch between grid view and list view for easier browsing.

  

• Filter by event or activation to quickly find specific files.

  

Share Content from the Mobile App

1. Scan a lead or find an existing lead you want to share content with.

2. Tap the Send Content button below the other engagement options.

   

3. Choose your sending method: Email, SMS, or Other.

   

   • If Mobly doesn’t have that lead’s contact info yet, you’ll be prompted to enter it. This allows you to share content before enrichment is complete, and the info you enter will be saved to the lead.

     

   • The Other option uses your phone’s native sharing options (e.g., AirDrop, Slack, save to local files, Notes).

     

4. Select the file(s) you’d like to send.

   

5. If you choose Email, the lead’s email address will automatically be copied to your clipboard. If you choose SMS, their phone number will be copied. When your device opens the app to send, simply paste the info — no need to switch between your notes, contacts, or messaging apps.

   

6. Return to the Mobly app when finished. You’ll be prompted to log the activity. We recommend keeping the Include content in activity log toggle on to track that specific files were shared.

   

   1. The shared content will also be visible in the lead’s Activity Log.
