# Zoho

Mobly's Zoho CRM integration syncs captured leads into Zoho Leads (or Contacts and Accounts, configurable), with field mapping, qualifier mapping, and per-event Campaign sync. Connection runs through Mobly's new integration platform.

## What you can do

* Sync leads to Zoho Leads (matched by Lead ID, then Email)
* Write to Contacts + Accounts instead of or in addition to Leads (configurable)
* Map Mobly fields to standard or custom Zoho fields across modules
* Use Zoho picklists for qualifier mapping (picklist values are strictly enforced)
* **Log lead activities to Zoho as Notes** — Pulse sequence emails, calls, meetings, LinkedIn touches, SMS, and manual notes appear as Notes on the matching Lead (Zoho doesn't have a separate Task object Mobly writes to). * Sync per-event to Zoho Campaigns

## What's not supported (yet)

* Custom modules beyond Leads, Contacts, Accounts
* Deal sync
* Workflow Rule automation (build downstream automation in Zoho keyed off Mobly-touched fields)
* Running Zoho alongside another CRM in the same Mobly org
