# Bring Your Own Enrichment

Mobly can incorporate data from your team's own enrichment stack in addition to (or in place of) its built-in enrichment. If your team is already invested in a specific enrichment tool, its results can flow into Mobly leads and take part in the same enrichment flow that Mobly's built-in enrichment participates in.

**Bring Your Own Enrichment is in beta.** Available on select orgs today, and the setup surface + configuration options are still evolving. It's a coordinated setup with your CSM, not a self-serve toggle — talk to them to see if it fits and to get it turned on. Your CSM stays in the loop through the initial run.

## When this fits

Teams that already run an enrichment tool as part of their sales or marketing stack and want that data to appear on Mobly leads without a manual export step. Common cases:

* Your existing tool has coverage in a segment where Mobly's built-in enrichment is thinner
* You've standardized on a specific provider across your team and prefer its data as the primary source
* You want your enriched data flowing through Mobly's downstream sync so the same fields land in your CRM

Teams whose main goal is just "better data on the lead" usually don't need this — Mobly's built-in enrichment covers the general case. This is for orgs with a specific reason to route their own source through Mobly.

## What to expect

* Your enrichment source appears in the new **Enrichment** category on the Integrations page
* Once connected, its results flow into Mobly leads alongside Mobly's built-in enrichment
* Enrichment results follow Mobly's normal enrichment flow — your source slots in and Mobly reconciles the results per its usual rules
* Enriched fields are available for mapping to your CRM through the standard Field mapping tab
* No change to how leads are captured on mobile or in the Hub

## Setup

Setup is handled with your CSM. What they'll walk through:

1. Confirming your enrichment tool is a supported connection type
2. Wiring up the connection through Mobly's new integration platform
3. Deciding how your source fits into the enrichment flow — as the primary source, as a supplement, or scoped to specific fields
4. A test cycle: capture a few leads, watch the enriched fields land, confirm the shape matches expectations

Once configured, the setup is stable — new captures pick up the flow automatically.
