# Eloqua

Mobly's Oracle Eloqua integration syncs captured leads into your Eloqua Contact database, with a Mobly-specific Custom Data Object for extra fields. Connection runs through Mobly's new integration platform.

## What you can do

* Sync leads to Eloqua Contacts (matched by Email)
* Map Mobly fields to standard or custom Contact fields
* Store Mobly-specific fields on an auto-created **Mobly** Custom Data Object (CDO)
* Use Eloqua picklist fields for qualifier mapping

## What's not supported (yet)

* **Activity logging** — Mobly doesn't write per-activity records (calls, emails, meetings, etc.) to Eloqua. Lead activity history lives in Mobly itself; Eloqua sees field updates but not discrete activity events. * **Campaign / Program sync** — no per-event Campaign sync to Eloqua today. Use Eloqua Campaigns or Program Canvas keyed off a Mobly field change as an alternative
* **Account / Company object sync** — Contact-only today
* **Running Eloqua alongside another Marketing Automation tool** in the same Mobly org
