# Pardot

Mobly's Pardot (Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) integration syncs captured leads into your Pardot Prospect database, with field mapping, qualifier mapping, and per-event Campaign sync. Connection runs through Mobly's new integration platform via Salesforce SSO.

## What you can do

* Sync leads to Pardot Prospects (matched by Email — Pardot's unique identifier)
* Map Mobly fields to standard or custom Prospect fields
* Use Pardot dropdown fields for qualifier mapping
* Sync per-event to Pardot Campaigns

## What's not supported (yet)

* **Activity logging** — Mobly doesn't write per-activity records (calls, emails, meetings, etc.) to Pardot. Lead activity history lives in Mobly itself; Pardot sees field updates but not discrete activity events. * Custom object sync (Prospect-only today)
* Engagement Studio enrollment (use Pardot Automation Rules keyed off Mobly fields instead)
* Account Engagement custom objects
* Running Pardot alongside another CRM in the same Mobly org
