Overview

Pulse is Mobly's automated follow-up engine — build a sequence once, and emails go out to every matching lead on the schedule you choose. Triggered by a scan, a qualifier value, or a lead score. Pulse also includes a lead routing layer that decides who each new lead gets assigned to.

Pulse handles the post-event email follow-up that used to live in a spreadsheet and a calendar reminder. Once your sequence is set up, every lead you scan at the event walks away knowing they'll hear from you on a predictable cadence — without anyone on your team having to remember to send the email.

Pulse is a paid add-on. If you don't see Pulse in your Hub left nav, contact your CSM to discuss enabling it.
