# Reading your event's Summary

The **Summary** tab is your event's home base. It's the first tab that opens when you land on an event, and it gives you a quick read on what's happening — how many leads have been captured, who checked in, which qualifiers are showing up most, and who on your team is contributing.

Think of it as a scoreboard plus a set of shortcuts to the deeper views.

## The scoreboard row

Three counts across the top:

* **Leads Captured** — every lead added to this event, whether by scan, manual entry, CSV upload, or API. This is the raw capture number.
* **Total Leads** — the same, plus registrants who flowed in from Host but haven't been captured face-to-face yet. If you're running a hosted event with pre-registration, Total Leads runs higher than Leads Captured until you start checking people in and scanning.
* **Check-Ins** — how many leads have been checked in at the event or an activation.

For the underlying capture flow, see [How to capture a lead](/help-center/the-mobly-app/capture-and-enrichment/how-to-capture-a-lead.md). For check-in specifically, see [How to check in leads](/help-center/host/how-to-check-in-leads.md).

## Leads by Qualifiers

Breaks down your captured leads by the qualifier values reps have applied. You pick which qualifier drives the chart from the **Lead Type** dropdown in the top-right of the card.

Use this to spot lead-mix patterns during the event — if 80% of your leads are marked "just browsing" and only 10% are "hot prospect," that's actionable information you'd rather know on Day 1 than in a post-event debrief.

* To change what "Lead Type" means for your org, see [Configuring qualifiers](/help-center/the-hub/working-with-leads/configuring-qualifiers.md).
* For applying qualifiers to leads during capture, see [How to use qualifiers to manage leads](/help-center/the-hub/working-with-leads/how-to-use-qualifiers-to-manage-leads.md).

## Top Lead Generators

Ranks your team by capture volume during this event. Useful for spotting who's on the floor, who's crushing it, and — during the event — who to check on if their numbers are low.

For richer per-rep analytics (engagement rates, follow-up speed, qualifier completion), open the **Insights** tab after the event. See [How to see my event's ROI](/help-center/the-hub/managing-events/how-to-see-event-roi.md).

## Event metadata (top-left)

Above the tabs, the event's basic info sits in one row: date range, location, category, activations, and assigned users. Use the pencil icon to edit any of it.

## When you'd use the Summary tab vs. other tabs

* **During the event** — Summary. Quick read on how it's going, who's on the floor.
* **Right after the event** — Insights (see [event ROI](/help-center/the-hub/managing-events/how-to-see-event-roi.md)). Full post-mortem with ROI, follow-up speed, activation performance.
* **Reviewing individual leads** — Leads tab, or [My Leads](/help-center/the-hub/working-with-leads/my-leads-sales-rep-view.md) as an individual rep.
* **Setting up before an event** — Planning, Users, Qualifiers, Content, Activations tabs. See [How to prep for your upcoming event](/help-center/the-hub/managing-events/how-to-prep-for-an-event.md).
