Reading the Post-Event tab

The Post-Event tab is a new view on the event detail page that focuses on what happened after the event — attribution, downstream lead behavior, and the answer to "did this event work?"

It's a companion to the existing event Summary, which is renamed to Live Event on orgs where the Post-Event tab is available. Live Event is the during-event scoreboard you already know; Post-Event is the after-the-event scorecard.

When to look at it

After the event, once your leads are captured, enriched, and (ideally) synced to your CRM. Post-Event pulls together the signals that only exist once the event is over and the lead-to-outcome cycle has had time to move.

Typical rhythm:

  • Day 0 (event day): Live Event tab — real-time scoreboard of who's captured, who's checked in, top qualifiers, top reps

  • Day 1–2 (post-event): Post-Event tab starts filling in — enrichment finishes, syncs complete, activity attribution starts showing up

  • Weeks later: Post-Event tab keeps updating as leads move downstream — attribution and lead-quality signals mature

What you'll see

Post-Event surfaces the metrics that answer post-event questions:

  • Where captured leads landed downstream (CRM, MA tool, Pulse enrollment)

  • Which reps and which activations drove the highest-quality leads

  • Aggregated performance signals — lead volume, enrichment coverage, sync results

The exact card set is iterating as Mobly gathers customer feedback on what's most useful in the post-event debrief. Expect the tab to evolve.

Live Event vs Post-Event — how to think about it

Two tabs, two time horizons:

  • Live Event tab — during the event. What's happening now, who's on the floor, what qualifier mix is coming through, who's leading the capture leaderboard. This is your at-the-booth or in-the-command-center view.

  • Post-Event tab — after the event. Did the leads sync cleanly? What's the qualified-lead count once enrichment settled? Which activations produced the best outcomes downstream? This is your debrief-and-report view.

The two tabs share the same event context — they're different lenses on the same set of captured leads.

What's on the tab

Working top to bottom, this is what shows up on Post-Event today. Card set is iterating, so treat these as the current cut — the shape holds up (attribution filter → outcomes → tables → qualifiers) even as individual metrics land or move.

CRM source pill and "as of" timestamp

At the very top: which CRM the numbers come from, and when Mobly last pulled the underlying data. If you have more than one CRM connected (a primary and a secondary), you'll see a toggle to switch between them; otherwise it's just a label. The Refresh button forces a fresh pull from the CRM — useful right after a big sync completes and you want the tab to reflect it.

Everything below responds to whichever CRM is currently selected.

Attribution filter

Three segments across the top, and every card below reflects your choice:

  • All — every account touched by this event, however lightly.

  • Sourced — accounts where this event was the origin. The lead was captured here and there was no prior account record in your CRM.

  • Influenced — accounts that already existed in your CRM but where this event added a touchpoint. The event nudged an in-flight opportunity forward.

Each segment shows its own account count and lead count. Clicking a segment card links out to a filtered Accounts or Leads view for that segment, so you can see the underlying records.

Outcomes section

Two cards side by side.

Deals — deal pipeline attributed to the current attribution segment:

  • Open — deals currently open on attributed accounts.

  • Won — deals in a closed-won state.

  • Win Rate — Won / (Won + Lost).

Click the Deals card to open the drill-down modal, which breaks the pipeline out by timeline and shows trend history — useful for "how much of this event's pipeline has closed yet."

Outcome strip — three status tiles for the leads captured at this event:

  • Enriched — how many of the captured leads Mobly has finished enriching (X of Y leads).

  • CRM Synced — how many landed in your CRM cleanly. Click to open the sync-health drill-down and see anything that failed reconciliation.

  • Sequences Started — how many were enrolled into a Pulse sequence, as a percentage of captured leads. Only shows if you're using Pulse; click to jump into the Sequences tab.

Top Accounts table

The accounts driving the most value for this event, ranked. Columns cover account name, industry, deal count, and pipeline value. Clicking a row opens the Account drill-down modal — linked companies, deals from your CRM, and the leads captured at this event for that account, all without leaving the Post-Event tab.

Rep Attribution table

Per-rep breakdown for the event: how many accounts, leads, and deals each rep is attributed to. Click a rep row to open the Rep modal — a fuller breakdown of that rep's contribution (leads captured, accounts touched, deals attributed).

Qualifiers panel

At the bottom, one card per qualifier used at this event, summarizing how leads answered. For picklist qualifiers you'll see the value distribution; for numeric qualifiers you'll see aggregates. Click a qualifier to open the drill-down modal, which shows the underlying leads segmented by answer.

When numbers don't line up with what you expect

A few common cases and where to look:

  • Post-Event numbers lower than Live Event numbers. Live Event counts every captured lead. Post-Event counts leads that made it into your CRM and are linked to Accounts. If leads failed sync or aren't yet linked to Accounts, they won't show on Post-Event. Check the CRM Synced tile's drill-down.

  • No accounts showing. The empty state prompts you to link this event's companies to Accounts. Head to the Accounts page and map them, then come back — the tab fills in from there.

  • Deals are lower than expected. Attribution filter matters. Switch between Sourced / Influenced / All — a deal might be Influenced but not Sourced, so it only appears in the wider segments.

  • CRM data feels stale. Look at the "as of" timestamp at the top. Click Refresh to force a fresh pull.
