# The Mobly App overview

The Mobly mobile app (iOS and Android) is for capturing leads at events — in person, at the booth, on the show floor. It's optimized for one job: getting accurate lead data into Mobly fast, even on bad event WiFi.

## How the app works

Across the top of every screen, an **event banner** shows which event you're currently working in. Tap it to switch events.

Five tabs across the bottom:

* **Home** — your dashboard. Scan stats, engagement count, leaderboard rank, recent leads.
* **Leads** — every lead you've captured. Filter to My Leads, Needs Info, or Favorites.
* **Scan** — the center tab. Tap here to capture a new lead.
* **Board** — the leaderboard.
* **Tasks** — booth schedules, follow-up to-dos, meeting reminders.

Beyond capture, the app handles on-device OCR (works offline), AI account context post-scan, conversation recording with transcription, qualifiers and notes, favoriting, and bad-data flagging. Each lives in its own article — see the left nav.
